Looks like the ABF is well along the path to offering masterpoints and club games on BBO. Articles are here and here.

Interested players who do not already have a BBO account should sign up for one, and club managers can proceed to send in a form to "express interest".

The New South Wales Bridge Association has some info mostly focused on BBO.

The Victorian Bridge Association is using BBO and WhatsApp.

That sounds reasonable, though if partner has no feature then I'll settle for 3D. It's hard to see where 11 tricks would come from.
